Burgundy - Nuits Saint-Georges: Le Chateau de Quincey
M. & Mme. Jean Coignard have done a masterful refurbishing of the Chateau de Quincey, minutes outside Nuits Saint-Georges.
We stayed in La Chapelle, one of two beautifully elegant apartments in what was the Orangerie, in April this year (2008) and would go back tomorrow. Click here to visit their website.

Paris - 7ième: Rue de Champs de Mars
Raphael Latz's apartment on the Rue de Champs de Mars is a comfortable, clean, terrific location in which to spend any amount of time in Paris.

Loire Valley - Fontevraud L'Abbaye: Le Domaine de Mestré
Spotless, comfortable, fascinating. We spent several days here while exploring the Loire in the autumn of 2005.

Another fine understatedly elegant jewel, located convenient to the great vinyards and wine chateaux of this region.
